744. Mick Herron - The List

The prequel, I think to 743, and I have read this one before. Structurally quite similar- another elderly German ex MI5 agent dies, a list of people and bank payments made to him are found. Everyone on the list is elderly or in a care home except one your girl. And she, it transpires, is a German triple agent and the same young woman who drops the envelope for her agent in the café in 744 above. These are quite neat little vignettes.
