I think this is the 3rd time I have read this, the first book in the series. Finished 568 above, couldn’t sleep and needed a kindle book to read. It is good and clearer on the 3rd read, but I may have had enough of Louise Penney for a while.
The Three Pines characters are wonderful but I am not entirely sure that she is a great crime writer, and maybe it is 3 Pines itself that is seductive, as it is to the Gamaches in the later books.
