455. John Cleese - So Anyway...

An autobiographical fragment, covering odd bits of his life. Covered school, university and early showbiz career, roughly up to Monty Python, with a postscript on the Python reunion event.

So nothing much, except in passing, on Monty Python itself or Fawlty Towers or his life during this period.

I found it quite, but not very, interesting. Cleese is quite a modest and intelligent man, and quite intelligent on psychology, his own included. There are lots of anecdotes about people he admires, but the book was un-compelling.
