The 3rd in the Thomas Kell series.
This was brilliant; he is a great writer this guy and I am surprised that none of these books has been televised or made into a film. Each book would suit a 6 part BBC series perfectly. They are stand alone novels but follow on from each other, so this features many characters from 'A Colder War' and some from 'A Foreign Country', the boss Amelia, who has a complicated relationship with Kell, in particular.
The plotting of these books is really good.
