376. Louise Penny - The Beautiful Mystery

I didn’t like this much either; not set in Three Pines but in a monastery where of course there are murderous monks killing each other over plainsong or some such.

Which monk killed the victim and why was of little interest to me. The only thing of interest was an engineered split between Gamache and Beauvoir on which the book ended. No doubt to be picked up in the next novel which I hope is set back in Three Pines.
