332. Kate Atkinson - A God In Ruins

What a wonderful title! And a wonderful book, possibly highlight of the year so far.

The story of a family, largely a man, spanning the 20th century. A very ordinary middle class man, sucked into World War 2 as a bomber pilot, with a very large complex family.

The time and character focus shifts are alarming at times, and the character relationships pretty complex. That is all I could think of to say.
