148. Peter Robinson - Strange Affair

Brilliant. This is the one where his brother is murdered; I have read it before but many years ago.

I think there is a ‘middle period’ with Peter Robinson where he is at his best and this is one of those (it coincides with the period when Banks’ relationship with Annie Cabbott is at its most, not intense, but interesting).

The circumstances of Roy’s murder and Banks' difficult relationship with him are beautifully woven into the plot.
