121. Peter Robinson - All The Colours Of Darkness

Wanted to re-read this as it precedes no.114 above and i had forgotten bits of the plot, which is Othello transposed into a gay relationship, interspersed with the power and corruption of the UK security services!

Annie Cabbott, who is a character I like a lot, features prominently; it is post her relationship with Banks, who has a new and rather silly girlfriend (yes, she ditches him in the end, although he does wonder, unlike Othello, whether he has been misled by a sign).

My Kindle died (in Spain) at this point in the holiday, but luckily I had suitcase capacity and brought a paperback edition of the largest book I could find on the bookcase at home.
