Hard work, but very, very good.

Heard on Radio 4 news that 'if you are running a book club, don't choose this'.

It is very long and has its longueurs, but if you want to grab a big chunk of the 19th century and fictionalise it, here is your model.

Made me want to watch the DVD, perhaps this trivialises the book.
