107. William Lashner - The Accounting

Hard to place. Quite good, reminded me of 'American Beauty' (the film, not the Grateful Dead) in places.

Cynical, at times, book about a guy who, with two school friends, steals $1.5m indirectly from some Hell's Angels. They get to mid-life having not blown all the money when their victims track them down and want it back, with lots of unpleasant consequences.

Quite different from the sort of thing I normally read, a little RJ Ellory. Author probably worth another read.
